Returns policy


If you purchased an item at you have 14 days to return your order. You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up. You can do this in the following way:

Note: Never ship the item to Imporspeed without first contacting the Customer Helpline 229 410 780.

The conditions for return are as follows:

  • Articles without signs of misuse;
  • Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories and original packaging in perfect condition;
  • Return Period: Up to the 14th consecutive day from the day of delivery.

Product Breakdown

You should go to an Imporspeed physical shop, presenting the invoice and the complete article. In case this option is not possible you should contact our Customer Service hotline (229 410 780) which will help you to solve the problem.

Returns for transport damage

The deadlines for making claims for damages caused by transport will be 24 hours from the date of delivery. After this period of time, Imporspeed is not responsible for any defect that may have occurred in the transport.

Refund (Applicable to purchases at

In the event of a return, the refund of your purchase price will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with Imporspeed having a period of up to 14 days from the time the equipment is received at the warehouse.
